Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal for hygiene products applies only if the item is returned unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Email: spartionsports@gmail.com) of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear declaration by email.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your cancellation.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back—whichever occurs first.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
