Terms & Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the online shop of Sam Allaham (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the version of these Terms and Conditions that is valid at the time of purchase.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The product listings in the online shop do not represent legally binding offers but serve as invitations to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
The seller immediately confirms receipt of the order via email. The contract is concluded once the seller accepts the customer’s offer.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices listed are final prices and include applicable VAT (value-added tax).
Shipping is free for orders of two or more mouthguards.
For orders of fewer than two mouthguards, standard shipping costs apply.

5. Payment Methods

Customers may choose from the following payment options:

  • Credit Card

  • Other common payment methods

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Important for hygiene products:
Since mouthguards are classified as hygiene products, returns are only accepted if the item is in its original, unopened packaging.

7. Warranty

No warranty is provided for the products, as they are hygiene items.

8. Data Protection

The seller collects and processes customers’ personal data only in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
The privacy policy can be viewed in the shop.

10. Final Provisions
